Timezones
If you are booking an online consultation, please double-check that the calendar is displaying appointments in your own timezone before confirming your booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours can only be refunded if someone else books your appointment. If they book a shorter appointment, a partial refund will be given.

Children's Appointments
Children do not need to sit through the entire consultation. Where possible, I like to see your child for at least a short time so I can observe their natural behaviour, movement and interaction. If your child does not want to attend, or finds consultations difficult, that's absolutely fine. I may ask you to send me some recent photos and/or a short video instead.

Teen Consultations
For younger teens (13–15 years), a parent or guardian should be present for the consultation. For older teens (16+), a parent or guardian can join us at the beginning or provide written consent beforehand. If your teen would prefer to speak with me without a parent present, we can arrange this where appropriate.
