Why I created the Hub

There is quite a big gap between knowing nothing about homeopathy and training to become a homeopath.

You certainly don't need to become a practitioner to understand more about the treatment you are receiving, or to learn when home prescribing may be appropriate and how to approach it mindfully. But homeopathy can be confusing when you first encounter it.

What's the difference between treating something acute and something chronic? When is it appropriate to prescribe for yourself? What does it mean if symptoms temporarily intensify after taking a remedy? When should you repeat a remedy - and when should you leave it alone? Why might taking several remedies together make it harder to understand what is happening? These are the kinds of questions I receive all the time in practice.

I created Anna's Homeopathy Hub as a place where I can gradually answer them, while also giving people somewhere to talk about homeopathy, ask questions and learn from each other's experiences.

Learn

The Homeopathy Field Guide

At the heart of the Hub is my Homeopathy Field Guide - a free, growing course about the practical side of homeopathy and working with a homeopath. The Field Guide is designed to help you understand the process and become a more informed participant in your own treatment.

The Field Guide is still growing. There are currently only a small amount of lessons, and I intend to keep adding to it over time. New videos and resources will often be inspired by questions that come up in my clinical practice and within the Hub itself.

Acute prescribing course

By the end of 2026, I will also be adding a free Acute Prescribing course, based around the Helios 18 Remedy Kit. This course will be designed to help you understand when home prescribing may be appropriate, how to choose between some of the most commonly used acute remedies, and when it is better to seek professional support.

More courses to come

Over time, there will be more free and paid courses to come.

Connect

Homeopathy isn't just a list of remedies and instructions. Sometimes you simply want somewhere to ask a question, share something you have noticed, or hear about other people's experiences.

The community side of the Hub gives members a place to post questions, start conversations, share experiences and respond to one another.

I also take part in discussions and answer questions where I can. General questions about homeopathy are particularly welcome. You are also welcome to talk about your own experiences, although the Hub isn't intended to replace individual homeopathic treatment. If something requires detailed case-taking or individual prescribing, I may suggest continuing that conversation privately.

Grow

My hope is that the Hub becomes somewhere you can gradually build your understanding of homeopathy - whether that means feeling more confident about your own treatment, learning when home prescribing may be appropriate, or simply exploring homeopathy because you find it interesting.

Over time, I will be adding more free learning material alongside the Homeopathy Field Guide. The next course I am planning is a free practical course based around the Helios 18 Remedy Kit, accompanying my existing ebook and helping people understand these commonly used remedies and when home prescribing is useful.

I am also considering creating a course around mould and mycotoxin-related illness and another on perimenopause, although these are still very much in the early stages. In the future, the Hub will contain both free and paid courses. These will always be clearly marked, so you will know exactly what is free and what you need to pay for before choosing to enrol.

A place to learn, not another set of protocols

One of the things I particularly want to encourage within the Hub is thinking and observing rather than simply following remedy lists.

Home prescribing can be incredibly useful when it is used appropriately. But there is an important difference between learning how to approach everyday acute situations and attempting to treat a complex chronic condition yourself.

The more you understand about what remedies can do, how to observe their effects and when not to intervene, the more useful homeopathy becomes.
