Whether your child is entering puberty, you are managing PMS/PMDD, dealing with painful periods, navigating PCOS or endometriosis, preparing or recovering from birth, supporting fertility, or moving through peri- or postmenopause - homeopathy offers a gentle, individualised way to restore and maintain hormonal balance and emotional wellbeing.
Hormonal health is never 'just hormones'. It includes energy, digestion, mental health, identity, relationships, creativity, and sense of self. Homeopathy is able to address all these interrelated parts and layers, which makes it a great tool for healing.

I struggled with severe menstrual symptoms for nearly two decades. Five days of PMS filled with anxiety, breast tenderness, nausea and emotional turbulence were followed by labour-like cramps in the first 24 hours, coupled by deep exhaustion, and often anemia afterwards. After so many years, I became an expert at surviving my cycle - but I had no idea how to heal it.
For many years, painkillers were my only option. When I finally stopped taking them for the sake of my liver, I realised how intense the pain truly was - sometimes up to 14 hours straight, completely debilitating.
I have found homeopathy in my early-mid twenties. Although my homeopaths helped me with many other physical and emotional issues, my menstrual symptoms remained unchanged for many years. I worked with two different homeopaths and tried every remedy that seemed relevant. Nothing shifted.
Ironically, it wasn’t until my third year in homeopathy school that the right remedies became clear to me. What made this possible is that over the years I have increased not only my remedy knowledge, but also my menstrual awareness, nervous system regulation, nutritional support, and created a mindset that welcomed - rather than resisted - my cyclical nature. Once these pieces fell into place, the remedies worked - dramatically. My pain reduced by 80% in a single cycle.

Today, my PMS, cramps, and energy levels are about 95% improved. They are still not perfect. I still struggle to wear any tight clothing around my waist in the first 24 hours - but I can work with the discomfort, instead of being floored by labour-like pains.
This experience fundamentally changed how I work with hormonal and gynaecological issues. I don't offer 'quick fixes' for anything, and this is especially true to hormonal problems. To see results, I work with clients through several months, to see what has changed for them at different parts of their cycle. I look at the whole picture - physical, emotional, nutritional - to create deep, lasting change.
Conventional medicine treatment tends to rely on:
- contraceptive pills
- hormonal IUDs
- hormone replacement therapy
- painkillers
- antidepressants
- anti-inflammatories
- surgery for more serious conditions
- fertility medications
These approaches can offer relief, but they often:
- suppress symptoms rather than address the root cause
- come with side effects
- disconnect people from their natural rhythms
- sometimes offer too little support for emotional, cyclical, or trauma-informed aspects of hormonal health
For many, stopping medication leads to symptoms returning - sometimes more intensely.
Functional and naturopathic practitioners commonly address:
- nutrient deficiencies
- gut health
- blood sugar balance
- inflammation
- thyroid/adrenal function
- environmental toxins
- microbiome and detox pathways
These approaches can be helpful, but often become:
- supplement-heavy
- protocol-driven
- centred on testing rather than your lived experience
- overwhelming for already sensitive bodies
They may address physical layers well - but often miss emotional, cyclical, relational and psychospiritual components of hormonal health.
Online spaces often promote remedy lists for PMS, cramps, PMDD, menopausal symptoms, fertility, postpartum healing, etc. You might see remedies like: Belladonna, Sepia, Folliculinum, Mag phos, Sabina, Cimicifuga, Pulsatilla, Lachesis, and many more.
While these remedies can help, they are often suggested symptomatically - based on a single trait or common 'picture' - without understanding: unique medical history, individual trauma history, birth/pregnancy/postpartum experiences, menstrual mindset, cyclical patterns, stress and lifestyle, other emotional blocks, deeper endocrinological tendencies, hereditary tendencies, etc.
This is why so many try homeopathy with limited results. What is missing is a more individualised and considered approach.

I don’t follow protocols or single-method homeopathy. I listen deeply to what you and your physical symptoms are communicating. Sometimes this means one remedy. Sometimes several. Sometimes we focus on lifestyle, nervous system support, or cyclical pacing rather than detoxes or supplements. Every case is unique.
I look at your:
- symptoms and sensitivities
- cyclical pattern
- mental/emotional landscape
- nutrition and metabolic markers
- stress load
- trauma history
- birth/postnatal story
- relationship to your cycle, sexuality, identity and creativity.
I integrate methods gently - including homeopathy, isopathy, flower essences, lifestyle adjustments, menstrual awareness practices, and emotional processing - to support true hormonal balance. This is relationship-based and trauma-informed work.
